How can I contact Fluomoto?
You can contact us by email at info@fluomoto.com or filling the contact form. You can also reach us by Instagram or Whatsapp +31616176283. We are not very active on Facebook, so please do not try to contact us there.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands within 3 workdays. Please, allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
Can I exchange a product?
A return that will be substituted with an exchange product is only possible within 14 days after you have received your order. The product to be exchanged has to be in original conditions, in order to return it. A return is of course only possible if the desired size is still in stock by the time your return arrives. When will sold out products be available again?
Many of our products are limited in stock. They will be restocked after they are sold out, depending on how many requests we receive. Please note that this process can take up to several weeks. Feel free to contact our customer support if you would like to receive more information about a specific product.
What if the item(s) I received are defect/incorrect/damaged?
Contact us at info@fluomoto.com within 7 days from receiving your order, include your order number, photos of the item(s) and all related references. We will do our best to solve your case! For more details see our Return and Refund Policy.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 5-10 business days of receipt of the returned item(s). Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. For more details see our Return and Refund Policy.
Why can’t I select my shipping adress?
